1 Due to data matching assistance from partner agencies, in which a social security number is the only unique identifier between program participants, program-specific identifiers – such as Employ Florida's State Identification and Application Identification numbers or the One-Stop Service Tracking Identification number (OSSTID) – are not currently available for these data sets. The Florida Department of Commerce is working with partner agencies to incorporate unique identification numbers in future data iterations.
2 This metric includes distinct individuals in its numerator and/or denominator. In the interest of transparency, however, all cases meeting the numerator or denominator criteria are included in this report. A "Rank" column has been added ranking the cases in which an individual appears in more than one program (WIOA, Wagner-Peyser, Welfare Transition, etc.) based on the most positive outcome. The cases ranked as "1" (the most positive outcomes) are included in the metric.
3 The participation and exit dates for the SNAP Education & Training and Welfare Transition programs may be unavailable until these programs are migrated to and managed in Employ Florida.
